    that doesnt work… well i least not for me because i try to just rename the file to m4r but it doesnt comvert it :/ any ideas how i can get it to work?

    It didn’t ask me to change file name.. when I did it just played under music library anyway.. is it because I have the updated itunes? please help

    drag the song to your desktop after you converted it and then delete the song out of your itunes library…then try renaming it and opening it as a ringtone…

    ive done everything u said, but it still won’t show up in my iPhone.. D: when i search it in my iPhone, it shows up, but as a music article and plays in the iPod section.. HELP!

    So im running iTunes 8 for PC and ive created the AAC version and deleted the old one. My ringtone appears in my library as the 25 second clip I want but it isnt reconized as a ringtown. But when it was on my desktop I had to add “.m4r” but it never converted it. So how do i get my windows machine to convert to m4r?
