How to get free Apps and Games for iPhone and iTouch

Is there any risk in jailbreaking? I’ve got an 1st generation 8GB iPod touch and was thinking of jailbreaking it…
The only risk is whilst jailbreaking, if something doesn’t work or messes up. The good thing is that loads of people have jailbreaked their iTouch and iPhones, so most problems will have been encountered and solved, and the sollution posted on a forum – hope this helps =)
how come wheever i download a app and later plug in my ipod touch, itunes removes the apps i downloaded from cydia???? if someone could please help me id greatly appreciate it.
you should download it from instalulous, and on the options tab of it click sync to itunes off…

I would say cydia, but i’ve never used icys so i’ve no idea
there kinda the same. well to me it is. ur still gettin free apps arent u? i would go with any one really. i went with cydia cause…..its the 1st one i came across. lol. any one. whichever suits you.
am i able to get touch grind or bubble wrap or tap tap or any games that are not from cydia?
