How to Transfer Music from iPhone, iPod (touch), & iPad to iTunes

Please Donate: www.paypal.com ————————————- This video demonstrates how to transfer your music using a program called TuneAid by DigiDNA. My previous video used their program, DiskAid, which really wasn’t the best program to be used for this purpose. TuneAid is meant to do this and it’s extremely fast and easy. ————————————- Download TuneAid: www.digidna.net Coupon Code: TECHGEECDOTCOM ————————————- My Website: techgeec.com Follow Me twitter.com Coupon is good through 12/31/2010 and for use up to 5000 times. If it doesn’t work for you, either it’s been used 5000 times or December 31, 2010 has passed.

@ThatCzechKid I don’t know why it’s not, but in iTunes, plug in your device, right click it in iTunes (on the left hand side) and select “Transfer All Purchases”. That SHOULD do it, but it might not. I know doing it that way definitely works for apps, though.

@korimaz5 I’m sure there’s some freeware out there that can do it but unfotunately, I don’t know of any in particular. Sorry.

Hi I previously used Diskaid to do transfer but noticed filenames are coded by itunes rather than original track name when ripped. Does Tuneaid recover the track names when it save in music folder?

  13. Comment by iPT2gGeec — August 25, 2010 @ 7:20 pm

@brandlc Yes, TuneAID does restore the original names. The problem with DiskAID (which I didn’t realise when I made my other video) is that it’s not specifically meant to transfer music. TuneAID, however, is meant to do that and so it works a lot better and is much more efficient.

@korimaz5 yea, just get the free download version of this TuneAid software, it’s what I did and i had 1200 songs, you can only do 25 at a time but it’s sooo worth it. Only took me about 15-20 minutes.

This did not work for me. I have no idea why. The program says that it finishes but it don’t copy the tracks into the itunes folder.

  23. Comment by 0oPhurio0 — August 31, 2010 @ 3:01 am

This was really promising at first and this video sold me. I bought the software. HOWEVER, whenever I see the “bar” for the upload and click the “i” for information it doesn’t say tracks are completing it says there are a ton of errors. The file I transfer them to does, in fact, have the music in it, but not in my iTunes library…
