You can get it at www.macroplant.com To use iPhone Explorer, just launch the application, plug in your device, and use the left side bar to navigate to Media, iTunes_Control; and copy the files out. Just make sure to kill all iTunes related processes if you don’t want it to be synced. Also, as of writing this 8/23/11, I got an error when I ran it about a safari system file–CoreFoundation.dll–being changed (even though I don’t have safari) but was still able to copy files from my iPod touch 4.
